We are indifferent as to why your property ended up on an official listing. These are not our sales we just share the listings. That's our business. We charge because Facebook reduces our reach when we remove a post so the standard operating procedure is to update the property as sale cancelled if there is a request. To increase our reach we need to spend money on Facebook to advertise. That's why we charge to remove it.

• Under $500,000 assessment – $250
• $500,000 to $1 million assessment – $300
• Over $1 million assessment – $500

Keep in mind that this only removes the Facebook post from our page. History of your name and property will still be online on other sites, provincial legal publications, and newspapers. A simple online search of your name and address will probably bring up the listing elsewhere (but not on our page). 

How it works:

3. The post will be removed within 24-48 hours of your reply after you provide your property details.
